Diary: Chopping and Planning

I can't believe I woke up at 1:30pm today. That ruined my plan to go to Rattle-snake Round up. So I went outside talked to my neighbor Linda for a little bit for fun. She was baby sitting a 5 year old boy Tyler. He is so adorable. After I looked at my front yard with all those branches that David cut two months ago, I asked Linda for an axe and I chopped branches in my front yard for fire wood. Geee..... it was tough job The branches are very hard to chop and they are still wet. The other neighbor (forgot his name) lent me an electric chain saw after he saw me chopping the wood like a mad man in my yard. I was happy for about 10 mins with the electric chain saw then I found out I broke the electric saw (Don't buy electric saw! They are suck). So I went back to chop my wood with an axe. It took me 3 hours to finish the job. The whole time when I was chopping. Corna and Tyler came over and helped a little bit. Tyler was so funny that he asked Linda for a small saw and acted like he wanted to help. He was so lovely and I took him many pics. He asked me why I took so many pics of him but at the same time he kept making post for me to take pics. He kept looking at my camera and he has very good eye contact just like he is born to be a baby boy model.
By the time I finished chopping, I had to go to shop for food for potluck that I asked Patrick and Yuko earlier. I picked them up and Yuko made some great fried rice. I made egg plant and chicken drum sticks and Patrick made nothing (he is living in the dorm. He got some rice but he did not cook because Yuko made fried rice). We ate while we watched a movie "He loves me; He loves me not!" at my place. It is one of my favorite movies beside "Fight Club". I think we all enjoyed watching that movie. Yuko and I started to plan for our trip with her friends for Wednesday. We planned for about 2 hours. We decided a 3 days trip to visit Carlsbad caverns, Roswells, and Santa fe. I think it will be a very good oppotunity for me to take some great pictures. Wow! Sounds fun! I am looking forward for the trip and I will become a real Texsan after this trip.
