After trying the first wine, I tried three other sweet one. Each one was sweeter than the one before. After the fourth one, I asked Nori to try his. He told me his was a red wine and not sweet at all. Well, I tried it and wow it was so sour. Yuko and everyone else were laughing at me. I was serious it tasted so bitter for me and I almost cried (My eyes were so watery). For the last two tries, I tried one more white wine and BLACK MESA. The witress told me to try the Black mesa at last because it was so strong and it also has chocolate inside???. It looks very dark red and I tried to smell the aroma of it. It was very strong alcohol with a little chocolate smell. Once I put that into my much, I found out it was very very very bitter. Again, everyone laughed at me. I looked at Patrick and he looked like he really wanted to try it. He then said he wanted to buy a bottle for it and also the glass. Since he is under 21, Goh, Nori, and I each person was benefited to have two more trys. It was quite an experience for me to try the wine inside a cool winary. I did not mentally feel drunk but Yuko said my face was a bit red. I guess I was drunk? I fell asleep right after I sat in the car a little bit. By the time I got up, we arrived to another place. It is in Tao. There is a pretty old christan church there. Of course, I took a lot of pics there. I also saw a hispanic girl was doing something right outside the church. I went and asked her what she was doing. She said she brought two cross-necknesses. One for a friend and the other one was for her. She told me that The cross was empty inside and she can put the Holy Dirt that came from the back room of the church insides the cross (I also asked other people they said the dirts are coming out from the ground by itself). She said the dirt has the power to heal and to take care of anyone according to her faith. I asked her if that was for her boyfriend. For a second, she looked at my eyes very sincerely and then she said "it is!" What a faith in this little girl on the earth? Comparing to me, I can not even obey the ten commandments. At that moment, I was so jelous of her to have such great faith. I took her a couple pics and I thanked her that "You have great faith and God will bless good people!". I really hoped that her boy friend will not break her heart.
Right after the church, we went to another place which has a steel bridge. That was crazy. The cliff was so high up that the steel bridge was about 40 stories high. We were so scared to look down. We talked to a couple guys who were selling stuffs there at the back of their cars there. They told us to drive down under the bridge for a hot spring next to river. We were so excited since we could not believe there can be an onsen (hot spring) here in Santa fe. To our surprize, the onsen was just next to the river under the bridge. There was an other old man telling us that we were lucky to be here today because the onsen would disapper tomorrow due to the water from the river. We walked for only 5 mins from the parking, we found the onsen and an old naked couple and a young mom breast feeding a baby there. I was planning to go naked into the onsen but Yuko and many people were there and I chickened out. I changed to my short and went into the onsen with Goh san and Patrick. The water in the onsen was warm and very comfortable. The old naked guy told me to try to go into the river then came back for the onsen. He said I would feel better. However, once I jumped into the river. I found out the water was ice cold. I was almost frozen to death. The old naked guy (Little John) was laughing so hard and I went right back to the onsen right away. A little bit later, we had another company joining us in the onsen. We were all so happy (especially Patrick) and seeing the two daughers were joining us for onsen. Of course I took some pics. It seemed like I forgot to talk about Yuko and Nori. Yuko only dipped her feet into the water and Nori did not go into the onsen because of his heart problem.
We went to a very nice and classic New Mexican Restrurant in Tao afterward. Since we had had so much good food lately, I only ordered a green homemade Chili with Sopapia for my dinner. It filled my stomach so quick and the taste was so yumme. It was a really good food there and everyone was happy. I tried to drive back to Lubbock after dinner but we got so late 1:30am (and we needed 4 more hours to get back to LBB) so we checked in the days-inn again to take rest. It was the reason that I could type a bit of my diary yesterday.
